Over twenty years ago, when we both worked in the culinary field, we were introduced to the art of ice carving. We will never forget the feeling we experienced the first time we saw an ice sculpture.
It was a feeling of amazement, the way ice was carved so beautifully and the attention to detail. Ever since then, we wanted to bring the same feeling that we experienced to the people that see our sculptures.
When we first started ice carving, it was not very popular in North America, so we traveled around the world in search of meeting other ice carving artists. From these trips we have met many people who have shared with us their techniques and ideas. Through these exchanges we have made many new friends as well we have made our ice carving experience with you.
